Abuja fitness festival is a health and wellness advocacy platform borne out of the need to re orientate the youth and Abuja base people,

 And sensitize the populace on the importance of physical fitness,

Aerobic exercise, health talks, health check up etc. It has been observed that the majority of people suffer from several health related issues due to lack of exercise, which is difficult, expensive, some generally lack the will power to stand up and do the needful.

This needs (CBT FITNESS AND WELLNESS) intend to address by introducing fun to exercising and teaching participants an easy to go approach to keeping fit.
